The best time of the year is finally here—our Manatee Viewing Center (MVC) reopens to the public on November 1. The center continues to offer a unique, family-friendly experience where guests can observe and learn about the gentle giants of Tampa Bay. Located on Tampa Electric’s 500-acre Florida Conservation and Technology Center campus in Apollo Beach, MVC is adjacent to our Big Bend Power Station.
