Held during All Abilities Month, AUT2Move encourages participants of all ages and abilities to get moving—whether it’s walking, rolling, dancing, stretching, or any form of physical activity that feels right for them. This challenge is more than just movement—it's a statement. Every step, stretch, or stride helps shine a light on the importance of accessibility, understanding, and community support for people of all abilities.
