She is a member of Yoga Alliance and holds E200RYT, E500RYT, YACEP designations, and is trained and certified in teaching Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Chair Yoga, Yoga and Self-Care Strategies, Teaching Seniors, and more.
