Preventing Alzheimer's and Dementia
We know that aging can impact our brain, but this amazing organ can be "trained"to function best by performing regular mental activities that will maintain or improve your cognitive abilities. A representative from the University of South Florida's Preventing Alzheimer's with Cognitive Training (PACT) program with share how this can be done during 15-20 minutes presentations. Complimentary memory screenings will follow immediately thereafter. This is a partnership between AdventHealth Zephyrhills and the University of South's PACT program.
