“Spring Cleaning” Pasture Improvement Seminar
PASCO COUNTY, FL ---- Learn how your land impacts your livestock. Whether you own cattle, horses, goats or other animals – pasture health is critical for their well-being. To help, the UF/IFAS Pasco County Cooperative Extension Service Livestock Program is offering a free weed and pasture management seminar.
The seminar is designed to teach livestock owners how to keep their animals safe from potential poisonous weeds, and to improve growth and maintenance forages.
Participants will learn:
- Poisonous Weed Identification
- Weed Control Methods
- Proper Pasture Management
- Soil Testing for Proper Fertilization
