Good heart and lung health go hand in hand and are essential for life. If you suffer from heart, lung or vascular disease, learn how the cardiopulmonary rehabilitation program at AdventHealth Zephyrhills is designed to help improve your quality of life. Shane Sanborn, program director , will be our quest presenter and explain the program's benefits and how you can participate. Immediately following, we'll offer a brief tour of the cardiopulmonary rehabilitation center to those who are interested and introduce you to some of its team members. The rehab center is next to the conference room where we will be meeting.

A light lunch will be provided.  Reservations are required.
